  1. Why are websites still relevant in a Social Media driven society?
    In the midst of a social media frenzy, professional websites are still used as proof of legitimacy. As the world is becoming mobile based, so should your website. Your website should reflect your company and attract your targeted audience.​​
  2. What are common costs associated with Website Design?
    When acquiring a website, the following costs apply: Purchase of Domain, Web Hosting Services, Security Package, Business Email Address (optional), and Website Design. Our fees are for Design and Maintenance Only. All other fees are paid to the company of your choice.
  3. What services are included in Website Design?
    We take out all the "guess work." Research, Design Concept, Coding and Construction, and SEO Analysis is completed by Purposely Designed.
  4. When is payment due?
    Full payment is required for a project to begin. Ask about special payment terms.
  5. How do I know I will be satisfied with the final project?
    Graphic Design includes revisions based on the project. Website Design includes up to 4 meetings. Each with a specific agenda. You will approve the project at each phase before going live.
  6. How long does it take to develop a website?
    The average website development process takes between 4 weeks - 2 months from Concept to Go-Live. If a deadline requires faster service, we can accommodate as long as the client has all content readily available.
  7. What is the turnaround time for graphic packages?
    Each project turnaround time varies. The average time is 5-14 business days, depending on the package selected. The deadline will be finalized in the scope phase.
  8. How many rounds of revisions are included in your graphic packages?
    2 rounds of revisions are included in your project. Each additional round of revision will be an upcharge of up to $75 to be paid before release of official files.
